To enrich theuniverse<\/strong> of my workauthor<\/strong> and give him a visual consistency<\/strong>, I wanted to test the performance of the AI image generators<\/strong>. I must admit that the result, at first glance, is astonishing. quality<\/strong> and of realism<\/strong>, and that he approaches the scenes<\/strong> that I have in mind. But as soon as you dig deeper, it becomes difficult to get to the level of precision<\/strong> exactly matching the scene described in words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'optimization<\/strong> of a picture<\/strong> by theAI<\/strong> is no small matter. In the\u201cExcerpt\u201d article<\/strong> of my work in progresswriting<\/strong> (https:\/\/laurentchani.com\/2025\/07\/29\/extrait-description-de-la-salle-de-conference\/<\/a>), I describe a conference room<\/strong> which constitutes a key location<\/strong> demon narrative<\/strong>The key points are:
\u2022 A vaulted<\/strong> representing a changing sky.
\u2022 Three concentric levels<\/strong> connected by stairs<\/strong>, each including twelve tables<\/strong> spaced, equipped with three leather armchairs<\/strong> and ofcomputers<\/strong> for each workstation.
\u2022 A central arena<\/strong> displaying, on request, digital scenes<\/strong>.
\u2022 A character<\/strong> placed in the center of thearena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a idea<\/strong> very precise about what this room<\/strong> should look like. I asked theAI<\/strong> to progress step by step in generating a hyperrealistic image<\/strong> of type photographic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It turns out that it is not easy, at the moment, to obtain exactly what one wants with this type oftool<\/strong>. I produced a good thirtyimages<\/strong> before arriving at a result<\/strong> which I deemed acceptable. I present to you here four images<\/strong> only, corresponding to the key steps<\/strong> of design process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main thing issue<\/strong> of AI generator<\/strong> that I have used\u2014though considered one of the best\u2014is that it works best in the early hours of the morning, when theNorth America<\/strong> sleeps. At such times, the available resources<\/strong> are more important and the time limit<\/strong> shorter production times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I use the same one conversation thread<\/strong> so that theAI<\/strong> keeps them information<\/strong> issues of previous requests<\/strong>. However, the more we get into the details<\/strong>, the more complicated it becomes to obtain a optimization<\/strong> satisfactory. You have to constantly juggle with the formulations<\/strong> to make it clear exactly what is expected. In this specific case, between the twentieth and thirtieth iteration<\/strong>, none notable progress<\/strong> was not obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It probably also depends on the method<\/strong> used to guide theAI<\/strong>, but I remain convinced that this technology<\/strong> is still in its infancy. I have no doubt that within ten yearsyears<\/strong>, his performances<\/strong> will be much higher - especially when we know that the GAFAM<\/strong> invest hundreds of billion dollars<\/strong> in AI<\/strong> of all kinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
